Valentine’s Day has come and gone now, had a nice little dinner with Abbey following her workout and then I was off to get mine in. Kids were very cooperative and had a good evening. Finn’s sleeping was less than fantastic and we were up 3 times to deal with him, so our sleep suffered as well. Sleep: 5/10 - Still managed 6 hours but too many up and downs with Finn. Not a bad start. Fasting was mostly successful. I think I might have broken the rules a little bit between working out and putting the kids down and then finally eating. Goes with the territory though. Sleep last night was pretty good, kids were not up as early and everyone stayed in bed! Day 1 of 46, today begins a new challenge, healthy, whole eating/primal/paleo, no alcohol, no snacks/treats/cheats at work and in severe moderation while at home.
